Membership Terms and Conditions Article 1 (Purpose) These terms aim to define the conditions for registration, procedures, and the rights and obligations between oseyokorea.com (the "Company") and its Members. Article 2 (Establishment of Membership) Membership is established when a User agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, submits the required information, and the Company approves the application. The Company may refuse or cancel membership in the following cases: Use of a stolen identity or providing false information. Registration intended to disrupt public order or morals. Use of the service for unauthorized commercial or fraudulent purposes. Article 3 (Account Management and Security) Members are responsible for managing their ID (Email) and password and must not lend or transfer them to third parties. Members must immediately notify the Company if they suspect unauthorized use of their account. The Company is not liable for damages caused by a Member's failure to report such issues. Article 4 (Service Usage and Restrictions) Members gain access to exclusive features, including community forums, AI-powered guides, and premium content. The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate membership without prior notice if a Member violates these Terms or the general Terms of Service. Article 5 (Withdrawal and Termination) Members may request to withdraw their membership at any time through the service settings, and the Company will process the request promptly. Upon withdrawal, the handling of user-generated content and data shall follow the Privacy Policy and the general Terms of Service.

(Note: Actual payment data is processed directly by third-party payment gateways such as Stripe). AI Service Utilization: Prompts and questions entered by the user, and conversation logs. Automatically Collected Information: IP address, cookies, service usage history, device information, and timestamps. 2. Purpose of Using Personal Information The Company utilizes the collected information for the following purposes: Service Provision: Providing information on Korean culture, travel, and medical services, community operation, and AI-powered personalized curation and guidance. AI Model Optimization: Using de-identified input data for AI algorithm training, service performance improvement, and quality optimization. Payment and Settlement: Identity verification and payment processing for the purchase of paid content and services. Marketing and Advertising: Recommending customized content and providing information on events (only upon explicit consent). 3. Retention and Usage Period The Company shall destroy the personal information without delay once the purpose of collection has been achieved.
