Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms aim to define the conditions and procedures for using the community (hereinafter referred to as the "Community") that provides information to foreign tourists and patients (hereinafter referred to as "Users"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Community and its Users.


Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Community" refers to the online platform operated by the provider.
  2. "Users" are individuals who access the Community and use the services provided in accordance with these terms.
  3. "Content" refers to posts, images, comments, and other materials uploaded by Users to the Community.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

  1. These terms become effective upon being posted on the Community.
  2. The operator reserves the right to modify these terms when deemed necessary. Any changes will take effect after being announced.
  3. If Users disagree with the modified terms, they may discontinue using the service and terminate their membership.

Article 4 (Membership and Management)

  1. Users must follow the prescribed process to apply for membership, which will be finalized upon the operator's approval.
  2. Providing false information or using another person's information during registration is prohibited.
  3. The operator may restrict, suspend, or terminate membership for violations of these terms or inappropriate behavior.

Article 5 (Privacy Protection)

  1. The Community complies with relevant laws and regulations to protect Users' personal information.
  2. Details regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal information are outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (User Responsibilities)

  1. Users shall not engage in the following activities:
    • Actions that violate laws or public morals
    • Infringing upon the rights or reputation of others
    • Disseminating false or inaccurate medical information
    • Posting spam, advertisements, or commercial content
  2. Users are responsible for any issues arising from their use of the Community.

Article 7 (Management of Content)

  1. The Community may delete or move content without prior notice in the following cases:
    • Content that violates these terms or includes illegal material
    • Content that infringes upon the rights or reputation of others
    • False information or spam posts
  2. The copyright of the content belongs to the User; however, the Community may use it for service operation or promotional purposes.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Community does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or validity of the information posted by Users.
  2. The Community is not liable for damages incurred during service use, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Community.

Article 9 (Service Suspension and Termination)

  1. The operator may suspend part or all of the service due to technical or business reasons, with prior notice provided.
  2. Users may request membership termination at any time, and personal information will be handled according to relevant laws.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. In the event of disputes arising from service use, the parties shall attempt to resolve them through mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be the court of the Republic of Korea.
