The title track of Ode to Love — and, two years after debut, the group’s first full-length album. In Korea that is a milestone rather than a routine step.
Why full albums are rare here
Korean groups release mini albums — four to six tracks, two or three times a year — because the promotion cycle is short and the fandom expects frequent contact. A full-length record costs more, takes a season of studio time, and can only be promoted the same three or four weeks a mini would get. Companies therefore hold them back for groups that can carry the risk. NCT WISH reached this point after three Korean minis and a Japanese release; plenty of groups never get one at all.
About this release
“Ode to Love” was published on 20 April 2026 and has passed 16 million views, the most of the group’s videos on this board. Its companion single “Sticky” came out a week earlier and is also posted here.
Watching from outside Korea
When a Korean act announces a “1st album” after years of releases, it is not a debut — it is a promotion. The word means something specific here.
