Terms of Service 

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between oseyokorea.com (“Service”) and its users (“Users”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Service” means all features and content provided through the website oseyokorea.com and any related platforms.

2. “User” means an individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

3. “Member” means a User who registers an account and enters into a service agreement with oseyokorea.com.

4. “Non-Member” means a User who uses the Service without creating an account.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms shall take effect when posted on the Service interface or notified by other means.

2. The Service may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.

3. Amended Terms will take effect after notification, and Users who do not agree may discontinue the Service.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Service)

The Service provides the following features:

1. Information on Korean culture, travel, food, music, dramas, and games

2. Community features including boards, comments, and forums for user interaction

3. Sharing and viewing of user-generated content (UGC)

4. Convenience features such as content search, saving, and SNS sharing

5. Multi-language support and global access for international users

6. Information on Korean medical services and cooperation with related institutions and businesses

7. Business collaboration and networking opportunities

8. Any other features deemed necessary by the Service

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

1. The Service may temporarily suspend its features in the following cases:

   • System inspection or maintenance

   • Force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures

   • Other reasons deemed necessary by the Service

2. Unless unavoidable, the Service shall notify Users in advance or afterward regarding the reason and duration of suspension.

Article 6 (Account Registration and Management)

1. Users may apply for membership by following the registration procedure prescribed by the Service. The contract is established once approved.

2. Members are responsible for managing their account and password and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.

3. Members must notify the Service immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of their account.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

1. Using another person’s account without authorization

2. Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the Service

3. Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Service or third parties

4. Posting illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

5. Conducting advertisements, promotions, business activities, sales, or sending spam messages without the Service’s prior consent

6. Any other acts violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals

Article 8 (Obligations of the Service)

1. The Service shall make reasonable efforts to provide stable and continuous access to its features in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. The Service shall comply with its [Privacy Policy] to protect Users’ personal information.

3. The Service shall use best efforts to ensure safe use of the Service.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to oseyokorea.com.

2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from information obtained through the Service without prior approval.

Article 10 (Termination and Restriction of Use)

1. Members may terminate the agreement at any time through the withdrawal function provided within the Service.

2. The Service may restrict or terminate use without prior notice if the User violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service shall not be liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or reasons attributable to Users.

2. The Service does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information or materials posted by Users.

3. The Service shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of free features.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Service and Users shall endeavor to resolve disputes amicably through consultation.

2. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Article 13 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
