Help and contact
Use Oseyo Korea to explore destinations, food, music and practical travel planning. The notes below explain how to use the information and reach us.
Where should I start?
Start with the first-trip planning guide or browse guides by topic. Keep the Korean place or dish name with its English name when checking maps and menus.
Does a listing confirm that a place is open?
No. Read the date and scope of the source note. An official address or a business-permit record does not confirm today's hours, menu, access or availability. Check the operator before travelling, especially where an archived or unverified notice appears.
Are all listed restaurants halal or suitable for my dietary needs?
No. A category or translated dish name is not a certification. Ask the individual restaurant about ingredients, preparation and any certification relevant to your needs. See the dietary questions guide.
Can I arrange an experience in my language?
Send the city, dates, activity and preferred language when making an inquiry. Host, language and activity availability need confirmation. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. See planning a local connection.
Is the medical information a clinical recommendation?
No. The medical-travel checklist concerns trip planning. It has not been medically reviewed and does not establish whether a procedure is appropriate for you. Ask the treatment provider or a qualified clinician about clinical decisions.
