TAEYEON released the video for “인사 (Panorama)” through SMTOWN on 1 December 2025. The song is the opening track of “Panorama : The Best of TAEYEON”, a compilation drawing on more than a decade of solo work.

Why a best-of album needs a new song

A greatest-hits collection is mostly material the fans already own, which leaves the label without anything to promote. The standard fix is to commission one or two new tracks and place them at the top of the tracklist, as here — “인사” sits at 01, ahead of the older catalogue. That new song becomes the single, the video, and the reason for broadcast appearances, while the compilation itself does the commercial work. It also gives the artist a fresh copyright in a package otherwise built from back catalogue, and gives long-time listeners a reason to buy a record of songs they have heard before.

About this release

“인사 (Panorama)” is the first track on “Panorama : The Best of TAEYEON”, a best-of compilation issued under SMTOWN and published on 1 December 2025. The official description lists the tracklist and tags both TAEYEON’s solo name and Girls’ Generation, the group she has fronted since 2007 and continues to record with.

Watching from outside Korea

인사 means “a greeting” in Korean, and it is also the word for the bow Koreans give on meeting or parting. If the video has no subtitles on your device, the gear icon on the YouTube player usually offers auto-translated captions.
