ALLDAY PROJECT released the music video for “LOOK AT ME” through THEBLACKLABEL’s YouTube channel on 8 December 2025. The group is one of the newest acts on a label better known, for most of its existence, for writing songs rather than managing artists.

A production house that started managing artists

THEBLACKLABEL began as a production company. Its business was supplying songs and beats to other agencies’ artists, which is a very different operation from running a group: no trainee dormitories, no fan-club infrastructure, no touring department. Companies built this way often stay upstream, taking a cut of publishing and letting someone else absorb the cost of developing a performer. Moving downstream into management means funding years of training before a single release earns anything. When a production house does make that shift, the in-house writing catalogue is usually the reason it can afford to.
