ATEEZ put out “Adrenaline” on 6 February 2026, released as part of GOLDEN HOUR : Part.4 and posted to KQ Entertainment’s own YouTube channel. The group have been working under that label since their debut in October 2018, which puts this video on the far side of a threshold most Korean acts never reach.

The seven-year mark, and what it means to be past it

Korea’s Fair Trade Commission publishes a standard-form contract that agencies are pushed to use, and since 2009 it has capped an exclusive artist contract at seven years. The limit came out of a run of court disputes in which idols argued their terms were unfairly long. In practice it means a group that debuts together has a built-in decision point: at year seven, every member is free to leave. ATEEZ debuted in 2018, so that point has come and gone, and this release still carries KQ’s name. Renewals are reported as news in Korea for exactly this reason.
