KickFlip released “Twenty” through JYP Entertainment on 9 March 2026, ahead of their fourth mini album. The video sits on JYP’s own YouTube channel rather than a separate group account.

Four mini albums is not four albums

Korean groups count releases in a way that confuses newcomers. A “mini album” is the standard Korean term for an EP — usually five or six tracks, sometimes fewer — and it is numbered in its own sequence, separate from full-length studio albums and separate again from single albums. So a group can reach a fourth mini album without ever having put out a full album, and the two counts run in parallel for years. Agencies favour the format because it fills a comeback cycle at a fraction of the cost and studio time a full album demands, while still giving fans a physical release to buy.

About this release

“Twenty” is a pre-release single, published on 9 March 2026 at 6pm KST. It precedes KickFlip’s fourth mini album, My First Kick, scheduled for 6 April 2026 at the same hour. Both come through JYP Entertainment, the group’s label. The official description lists nothing beyond those two dates and the release hashtags.

My First Kick is the mini-album title linked to this track. The song and album are separate levels of the same release; watch the featured video on this page.
