Every group names its audience

NMIXX listeners are NSWER — N plus answer, the idea being that the fans complete the group. BTS have ARMY, Stray Kids have STAY, BABYMONSTER have MONSTIEZ. These names are announced officially, usually within months of debut, and they are not marketing decoration: the fandom is a registered, addressable body with its own membership tiers, voting weight in award shows, and buying power that decides whether an album charts. Naming it is the first step in organising it.
