fromis_9 released the video for “Vitamin ME” on 21 July 2026 through the group’s own YouTube channel. It is the title track of their second album, Glow ME.

The group that came out of a TV show

fromis_9 were assembled on Idol School, a 2017 Mnet survival programme whose viewers voted on the final line-up. That origin is more common in Korea than elsewhere: rather than a label quietly picking members, the selection itself is broadcast, and the audience arrives already invested before a single song exists. The format has an obvious commercial logic and a less obvious cost — groups formed this way often carry a contractual end date, and several have disbanded on schedule. fromis_9 did not. They moved agencies, kept the same nine-member name, and are now years past the point where most show-born groups stop.

About this release

“Vitamin ME” is the title track of Glow ME, listed as the group’s second album — a full-length format they have used sparingly, having built most of their catalogue from singles and mini albums.
