A music-video location can be interesting without being an artist appearance or an organized experience. Identify whether your plan concerns a public filming location, exhibition, shop, performance or fan event. Each requires a different source and booking check.
Follow the event to its original announcement
For an event, compare the organizer's announcement with the venue and authorized ticket information. Check the full date, local time, age or identification requirements and any changes. An abbreviated post title or a video's upload date does not establish an event schedule.
Verify access to a location
Check whether the place is open to the public and whether photography is permitted. Respect private property and ordinary businesses operating at a filming location. A recognizable scene does not grant access to a building, rooftop or private road.
Keep the travel booking flexible until confirmed
