JISOO released the official music video for “CLICK” on 4 September 2026, posted to a YouTube channel carrying her own name rather than an agency account. She is a member of BLACKPINK, and this is solo work released under her given name alone.

연기돌, the idol who also acts

Korean has a word for the second career many singers here take on: 연기돌 (yeon-gi-dol), stitched from 연기, acting, and 아이돌, idol. The casting logic is commercial on both sides. A broadcaster gets a performer with a large existing audience attached; the agency gets its artist in front of viewers who would never open a music video. JISOO took her first leading television role in the JTBC drama Snowdrop in 2021 and has continued with screen work since. The term is not always used kindly — career actors have objected to idols arriving with a fandom rather than a stage CV.
