CLOSE YOUR EYES have released “Drop That!”, the title track from their fourth mini album 【256th Note】. The video sits on the act’s own YouTube channel rather than a distributor’s.

A 256th note is a real value in sheet music

The album title comes from notation. Each step down the scale of note values halves the one before it — whole, half, quarter, eighth, sixteenth, thirty-second, sixty-fourth — and the sequence carries on to the 128th and the 256th, a duration so brief that printed scores almost never call for it. British English hands these values their own vocabulary, which is why a sixty-fourth note is a hemidemisemiquaver. Korean skips the vocabulary and counts instead: 온음표 for a whole note, then 4분음표, 8분음표, 16분음표, and at the far end, 256분음표.

【256th Note】 is the fourth mini album from CLOSE YOUR EYES, with “Drop That!” as its title track. The video was published on 30 September 2026, Korean time, and the official description marks the album as already out. No production credits are listed there; the copyright line names UNCORE.

Watching from outside Korea

Searching the Latin spelling will mostly turn up English-language aggregators. Copying 클로즈유어아이즈 out of the video description and pasting it into YouTube or a Korean portal instead pulls up local coverage, performance uploads and release notices that the English name misses.
