Established in 1926 and now in its third generation, one of the oldest kitchens in Incheon Chinatown. The Incheon-style jjajang is made with the restaurant's own black bean paste, and there is a white jjajang - the older, pre-caramel version of the sauce - for anyone curious how the dish tasted a century ago.
