Ask five questions before leaving a bag
Confirm the accepted dimensions, number of bags, storage period, total price and final collection time. Ask how the receipt or access code works and what happens if you are delayed. Keep essential documents and anything you will need during the day with you.
Distinguish storage from delivery
A storage service keeps a bag for pickup; a delivery service moves it to an agreed destination. For delivery, obtain the receiving location, delivery window, tracking or receipt process and the provider's terms. Confirm that your accommodation can receive it.
Check the exact facility
Use the airport's information and service directory for terminal facilities, then verify the current service with its operator. Availability, accepted items and hours belong to that facility, not to all stations or airports. Keep a plan that still works if the chosen locker is full.
