띠로리 is a sound effect, not a word

Korean carries an unusually large stock of 의성어 and 의태어 — words that copy sounds, and words that copy motion or manner — and they turn up in ordinary adult speech, not only in children’s books. 띠로리 sits in a newer layer of that vocabulary. It is the written form of a short descending sting familiar from Korean television, the cue that marks the moment something turns awkward or falls flat, and it moved into everyday online writing as shorthand for that sinking feeling. There is no dictionary entry to look up. Using it as a title takes for granted that the listener already recognises the cue.
