National Mang-Hyang Cemetery (국립 망향의 동산)
Chungcheongnamdo 372-8, Manghyang-ro, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do The National Mang-Hyang Cemetery provides a resting place for the souls of Koreans who resided and passed away in foreign lands. The Korean government built the cemetery in 1976 for compatriots who were forced to leave their beloved homeland under the Japanese colonial rule and ultimately passed away in foreign lands. In addition to graveyards, the cemetery also houses the KAL Memorial Tower. Every fall, a large memorial service is held.

National Jangseong Healing Forest (국립장성치유의숲)
Jeollanamdo 716 Chuam-ro, Seosam-myeon, Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do National Jangseong Healing Forestis a natural recreational facility located in the Chungnyeongsan National Forest, opened in 2011. National Institute of Ecology - Seocheon (국립생태원(서천))
Chungcheongnamdo 1210, Geumgang-ro, Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do National Institute of Ecology is a research, exhibition, and educational center housing various animals and plants from world five climates and regions including the tropics, desert climate, the Mediterranean, temperate climate, and the polar region. Fauna and flora from the Korean Peninsula's ecosystem can also be seen here. The Institute’s Ecorium showcases living ecosystem exhibitions, housing 1,900 plants and 280 animals in an area of 21,000㎡ to help people understand the relations between climate and ecology. The outdoor exhibition area is divided into 5 sections, from Korea’s representative wetland ecological system to various international plants, rare plants grown on the high mountain, Korean representative deer species' habitat space, pond ecology and others. In addition, it offers vivid ecological education through the nearby ecological region and has varied exhibitions and researching facility as well as firsthand programs and events.

National Debt Redemption Movement Memorial Park (국채보상운동기념공원)
Daegu 670, Gukchaebosang-ro, Jung-gu, Daegu Construction on the National Debt Redemption Movement Memorial Park began in March 1998 and was completed in December 1999. The park was established to retain the spirit of the National Debt Redemption Movement that originated in Daegu in 1907 and the 2nd movement in 1997 that was held to help overcome the national economic distress affected by the Asian Financial Crisis of 1997. The park also expanded the green space in the downtown area and offers a place of rest and relaxation to the general public. Spanning 42,500 square meters in size, the park boasts the Dalgubeol Grand Bell, a bell pavilion, walking trails, and other amenities. The famous Dalgubeol Grand Bell was installed on the park grounds in December 1998 as a representation of harmony and prosperity and to symbolically awaken the people with its pure and clear ringing. In addition the convenient and beautifule amenities, the park also has several memorial plaques engraved with quotes from many significant historical figures who shaped Korea's culture and values.

National Center for Forest Therapy, Jecheon (국립제천치유의숲)
Chungcheongbukdo 590 Hakhyeonsoya-ro, Cheongpung-myeon, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do The National Center for Forest Therapy, Jecheon is under the Korea Forest Welfare Institute of the Korea Forest Service. It was established with the aim of promoting public health and improving quality of life by providing forest well-being services. The center spans an area of 61.3 hectares (the healing center covering 494.82 square meters). The staff consists of a total of eight employees (one center head, four specializing in forest therapy, and three in operational support).In April 2015, the Korea Forest Service and the National Police Agency signed an MOU to create this national center. It took approximately three years to develop the center, from September 2016 to May 2019.In October 2019, the organizational structure was established, and a pilot forest therapy program was initiated. The center's opening ceremony took place in November 2020. Currently, the center offers customized individual and group forest well-being services.<Award History> (June 2020) Geumsusan Mountain Forest Laughter Therapy was certified as an excellent forest education program by the Korea Forest Service. / (August 2020) Chosen as a recommended place (Healing Forest) by the Korea Tourism Organization. / (October 2020) Received the Encouragement Award at the Forest Well-being Program Competition. / (December 2020) Received the Excellence Award at the COVID-19 Recovery Exemplary Case Contest hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

National Center for Forest Therapy, Gimcheon (국립김천치유의숲)
