Baekje Experience Center (백제오감체험관)
Chungcheongnamdo 30 Gomanaru-gil, Gongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do The Baekje Experience Center offers a rich array of activities that allow visitors to engage with the history they have observed at the nearby ancient tombs in Songsan-ri and the Gongju National Museum in a tactile manner. This center features eight themed halls across the first basement, and the first and second above-ground floors, offering interactive and gaming programs designed to stimulate all five senses. Activities such as rubbing pattern experience and luminous stamps allow visitors to learn about and appreciate the culture and history of Woongjin Baekje in an intuitive way. One of the center’s highlights is the Window of Sympathy in the first-floor lobby. This impressive two-story panel changes its color in response to sound and touch, promising to attract significant attention from tech-savvy visitors. It showcases content that guests have captured within the center and shared on social media, complete with hashtags. Additionally, the Window of Creation on the same floor offers a unique creative outlet. Here, visitors can color Baekje-era relics with crayons. These artworks are then transformed into graphic mapping images on the wall via a scanner, allowing for a personalized and immersive historical experience.

Baekje Cultural Land (백제문화단지)
Chungcheongnamdo 455 Baekjemun-ro, Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do Baekje Cultural Land is the largest history-themed park in Korea, built to share the beautiful culture of the Baekje Kingdom with the world. The large site is filled with traces of Baekje culture. Sabigung Palace is a reconstruction of a real royal palace from the Three Kingdoms period. Neungsa Temple, a royal temple representing the Baekje period, has been recreated according to the real size based on excavation research done at the historic site in Neungsan-ri, Buyeo-eup. Just inside Daetongmun Gate is the Five-story Stone Pagoda, the most prominent structure in the complex. Wiryeseong Fortress, built during the Hanseong Baekje Era, gives a different aspect of Baekje in comparison with Sabigung Palace from the Late Baekje Era. Baekhwasan Mountain (Taean) (백화산(태안))
Chungcheongnamdo 41-2 Dongmun-ri, Taean-eup, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do Baekhwasan Mountain, standing at 258 meters tall and located north of Taean, is relatively small, allowing for an easy climb. Its name, Baekhwa, is derived from the appearance of the snow-capped mountain, which resembles a white cloth draped over its peak. The mountain is rich in pine trees and rocks and is home to historical sites such as the Rock-carved Standing Buddha Triad in Dongmun-ri, and the Baekhwasanseong Fortress. A suspension bridge spans a cliff on the mountain, and the summit offers a spectacular view of the sunset.

Baekdudaegan V-Train (백두대간협곡열차(V-트레인))
Gyeongsangbukdo 49 Buncheon-gil, Socheon-myeon, Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do “V”是指洛东江的上游溪谷。白头大干峡谷列车是行驶在白头大干洛东江上游溪谷的列车,以白虎为主题进行了喷漆。在荣州~汾川(奉化)~铁岩(太白)路段运行,车窗很大,以每小时30公里左右的速度缓慢运行,可以欣赏洛东江、溪谷、山峦和悬崖,也可以打开窗户。可以在荣州站换乘KTX。

Baekdohaebyeon Beach (백도해변)

The area around the beach features splendid natural landscapes including unique rock formations and lush forests of pine trees. The beach is in a crescent shape, with a red lighthouse standing on the righthand point. The shallow and clean waters make this popular among families.

Baekdo Island (여수 백도)
Jeollanamdo Geomun-ri, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do Located 28 kilometers east of Geomundo Island, Baekdo Island is comprised of a collective group of uninhabited rock islets. Some of the most well-known islets are Maebawi Rock, Seobangbawi and Gaksibawi Rocks, Hyeongjebawi Rock, and Seokbulbawi Rock, each rock with a legend or a myth of its own. Baekdo Island is also a nature preserve that serves as a home to several endangered species, and can only be observed while aboard a cruise that tours the nearby islands.

Baekdamsa Temple (백담사)
Gangwondo 746, Baekdam-ro, Inje-gun, Gangwon-do Located within Seoraksan Mountain, Baekdamsa Temple was built by Monk Ja Jang (590~658) during the reign of Queen Jindeok (647-654), 28th ruler of the Silla Kingdom. The temple was burnt down and moved several times until 1957 when it was rebuilt to the current location. There are various treasures and hermitages in the temple. Many famous people have visited the temple including Manhae Han Yong-un, a strong independence activist and poet. There are countless number of rock towers in front of the temple by the creek where visitors come to stack stones while praying for their wishes.

Baekbeom Kim Koo Statue (Baekbeom Plaza) (백범김구선생상(백범 광장))
Seoul Hoehyeon-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul Baekbeom Kim Koo Statue is located in Baekbeom Plaza in Namsan Park, Seoul. Erected in August 1969, the statue stands at a x_height of 10 meters. Baek In-je House (백인제가옥)
Seoul 16 Bukchon-ro 7-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul Baek In-je House, located in Bukchon Hanok Village, is a hanok built during the Japanese administration period that portrays modern hanok features. The structure consists of a main room offering a good view of the whole village, spacious bedrooms, a large garden, and annex buildings. As it maintains the beauty of a traditional hanok while incorporating the modern trend of its time, Baek In-je House is considered to be highly valuable in means of both architecture and history, representing the Bukchon Hanok Village together with Yun Bo-seon House.Baek In-je House was built from black pine, which was first introduced in Seoul during the Gyeongseong Expo in 1907, distinguishing itself from other upper-class houses of its time. Unlike other traditional hanok designs that separate the main building from the other rooms, Baek In-je House connects the two with a hallway, allowing convenient access between the two structures. The house also consists of a Japanese-style hallway and floor mat rooms, reflecting the interior trends of that period. Baek In-je House is also unique in that the main room is partially built as a two-story structure, a style that was never seen in any traditional hanok built during the Joseon period.

Baegunsan Recreational Forest (백운산자연휴양림)

Baegunsan Mountain Donggokgyegok Valley (백운산 동곡계곡)
Jeollanamdo 154, Yaksujedan-gil, Okryong-myeon, Gwangyang-si, Jeollanam-do Donggokgyegok Valley is one of four large valleys on Baegunsan Mountain. The valley opens up towards Gwangyang, with the waters of Dongcheon Stream flowing into Gwangyangman Bay. Donggokgyegok Valley is wide, making it convenient for transportation, and perfect for a family getaway during the holidays. Located along Hanjae Pass between the mountain summit and Ttoaribong Peak on the west side, the valley is also sometimes called Dapgoksimni. The valley stretches a distance of 10 kilometers and is especially beautiful in fall when surrounded by vibrant autumn foliage. Donggokgyegok Valley is a protected nature reserve with over 900 various species of vegetation.

Baegunsan Eochigyegok Valley (백운산 어치계곡)
Jeollanamdo 531, Baekhak-ro, Gwangyang-si, Jeollanam-do Eochigyegok Valley, located in Eochi-ri, Jinsang-myeon, is 7 kilometers long, and is a valley with clear water flowing through the lush forest with rocks in all sizes that provide a resting spot. In particular, it is home to Orodae Rock, cool enough to form dew even in the middle of the day and Gusipokpo Falls with a legend of a flying horse. The valley is located ten minutes away from the Seomjingang River Maehwa Village, and plum trees cover the valley in spring with plum blossoms. In autumn, the countless oak trees in the forest become an acorn factory for its habitats. Baegunsan Eochigyegok Valley is worth visiting at any time of the year and provides various agricultural products to local residents. Orodae Rock, located in the uppermost stream, refers to a rock that looks like a large courtyard. An inscription remains, saying that it is named Orodae because it is cool enough to form dew even in the midday of the summer. Legend says that Gusiso Pool at the base of Gusipokpo Falls is so wide that it will not dry up even in a draught.

Baegunhosu Lake (백운호수)
Gyeonggido 526 , Baegun-ro, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi-do Baegunhosu Lake is an artificial lake that was completed in 1953. The lake is surrounded by mountains made up of Cheonggyesan Mountain in the northeast, Baegunsan Mountain in the southeast, and Moraksan Mountain in the west. The lake encompasses an area of 363,638 m². This lake was originally built to provide irrigation for nearby farmlands but it became a public recreational space due to its scenic landscape, fresh air, and spacious lot perfect for parking. Visitors to Beagunhosu Lake can enjoy music at a live cafe or water activities such as motor boating, as well as delicious foods from nearby restaurants.

Baegundonggyegok Valley, Sancheong (백운동계곡(산청))
Gyeongsangnamdo Baegun-ro 51beon-gil, Danseong-myeon, Sancheong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do If you go 5 km up along the valley at Baegam-ri, under the thick woods, you will find a 180 square meter long stone named ‘Jeomjeong Rock’ and a small waterfall. This valley is Baegundonggyegok Valley. For almost 6 km, the water of the valley flows over only rocks, with over twenty large and small falls and lakes. Large stones in the valley are gorgeous because the stones are washed with sunbeams and the strong current of water. The most famous falls are Baeunpokpo Waterfall and Odampokpo Waterfall. Strong current of water flows in Deungcheondae, where the letters ‘Yeongnamjeilcheonsok’ are carved. Baegundonggyegok Valley is a clean area due to maintenance of the clean natural environment. Many tourists visit here because the valley is decorated with azaleas in the spring and it is cool in the summer.
