Deungeok Hot Springs (등억온천단지)
Ulsan 197, Alpeuseuoncheon-ro, Ulju-gun, Ulsan Situated on the outskirts of Sinbulsan Mountain (part of the Yeongnam mountain range, in southeastern Korea), Deungeok Hot Springs (72,727m²) is a sprawling geothermal site which includes the Sinbulsan, Eonyang, and Gajisan Hot Springs. Nearby to the Sinbulsan, Gajisan, and Ganwolsan Mountains of the Yeongnam mountain range, the complex is ideal for visitors seeking rest and relaxation after their hiking adventures. The water found in the area contains high concentrations of sodium bicarbonate (substance similar to baking soda), which is believed to be a remedy for dermatitis, indigestion, bronchitis, high blood pressure, and many other ailments. Nearby attractions include Amethyst Cavern Park, Dokkaebi Road, Jakcheonjeong, Ganwol Natural Recreation Forest, and Seongnamsa Temple.

Daewangam Park Suspension Bridge (대왕암공원 출렁다리)
Ulsan 95 , Deungdae-ro, Dong-gu, Ulsan Daewangam Park Suspension Bridge is the first suspension bridge in Ulsan and the first large-scale commercial tourism facility in Dong-gu. It was created with a length of 303 meters, connecting Hatgaebi and Surubang coastal trails in Daewangam Park. The bridge connects at once without intermediate supports, and currently, the span length is the longest among the suspension bridges in the country. Because it is a bridge over the sea, visitors can enjoy the exciting coastal scenery around Daewangam.

Daewangam Park (대왕암공원)
Ulsan 95 Deungdae-ro, Dong-gu, Ulsan Daewangam Park is a seaside park located on the east coast. The park has a walking trail that passes by a forest of pine, cherry blossom trees, magnolias, camellias, apricots, and forsythia. This park is located at the end of the southeasternmost point facing the East Sea, and has a lighthouse that serves as a marker for fishermen and sailors out on the sea. The park is also home to Daewangam Rock that looks like a dragon rising up into the sky. It is connected to the mainland with an iron bridge and has an observation tower.

Chisanseowon Confucian Academy (치산서원)
Ulsan 7, Chisullyeong-gil, Dudong-myeon, Ulju-gun, Ulsan Relics of Park Jesang is also referred to as Chisanseowon Confucian Academy. Park Jesang, a descendent of Park Hyeokgeose, was severly tortured and then burned to death after rescuing two hostages taken by Japan, who were the brothers of King Nulji. The nearby temple and Mangbuseok have a folk tale regarding the story. His wife and two daughters died waiting for him and then his wife is said to have turned into Mangbuseok (faithful wife stone) in the eastern Chisullyeong Mountain in Manhwa-ri, Dudong-myeon. According to the legend, her spirit became a bird, and flew away to hide behind Euneulam (Bird Hidden Rock). After Park Jesang's couragous act, King Nulji gave him a loyal officers position as well as the role of godmother to his wife for her model behavior of wifely duty. Chisanseowon Confucian Academy keeps their ancestral tablets to honor royalty.

Cheoyongam (처용암)
Ulsan Hwangseong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Cheoyongam is a very small rocky island sitting in the middle of Gaeunpo Inlet in front of Saejuk Village in Hwangseong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan. It is a historic islet related to the famous folktale of Cheoyong. The tale is about a dragon that emerged from the east sea along with his seven sons at the end of the Silla Kingdom (57BC - 935AD). One of the dragon’s sons named Cheoyong came to the capital and married a beautiful woman. One night, he found an evil spirit trying to attack his wife so he sang and danced, whereupon the spirit presented itself and kneeled in apology. Since then, people have used the image of Cheoyong to dispel evil spirits. The dance that Cheoyong is said to have performed has been titled Cheoyongmu and has been designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Property. Cheoyongam is the sacred rock where the dragon in the tale is said to have appeared. There are many attractions nearby including Mokdo Island (Natural Monument No. 65), which offers magnificent lush greenery all year round.

Cape Ganjeolgot Somang-gil (간절곶 소망길)
Ulsan Nasa-ri, Seosaeng-myeon, Ulju-gun, Ulsan Cape Ganjeolgot Somang-gil is a coastal path along Ganjeolgot Beach, where the first sunrise of the Korean peninsula can be witnessed, making it a popular spot for New Year's sunrise wishes. Stretching for 10km from the entrance of Jinha Myeongseongyo Bridge to Sinam Port, the route offers five themed courses: Love, Romance, Happiness, and more. An iconic 5-meter Hope Mailbox stands as a local attraction, set against the beautiful Ganjeolgot Lighthouse, designated as one of the "Sixteen Scenic Lighthouses," and a large-winged windmill.

Boksoondoga (복순도가)
Ulsan 48 Hyangsandong-gil, Sangbuk-myeon, Ulju-gun, Ulsan Boksoondoga is a traditional brewery located in Uljun-gun, Ulsan. The brewery produces makgeolli, an unrefined rice wine with a pure taste. Boksoondoga uses only the finest domestic rice and traditional pottery in the fermenting process for a truely Korean liquour.

Birth Home of Park Sang-jin (박상진의사 생가)
Ulsan 10 Baksangjin 5-ro, Buk-gu, Ulsan Birth Home of Park Sang-jin is the residence where Park Sang-jin (1884-1921), an independence activist during the Japanese colonial period, once resided. He devoted all his assets to the independence movement, which led to the decline of his family and the eventual loss of this house to others. However, the government later acquired it, restoring and preserving the property. Comprising six buildings, including sarangchae and anchae, the tiled-roof house represents a yangban's residence built in the 19th century in Korea.

Bangeojin Port (방어진항)
Ulsan 2 Seongkkeut-gil, Dong-gu, Ulsan Bangeojin Port, designated as a national fishing port in 1971, is Ulsan's representative fishing port, with a large site for a fisheries cooperative's commission and an auction house. Various fish species, such as yellowtail, cutlassfish, Spanish mackerel, and anchovies, are caught. You can purchase fresh seafood from a nearby fish market or sashimi restaurant and enjoy it immediately. The promenade along the breakwater reaches Seuldo Lighthouse, an excellent photo spot, and the sea road leading to Bangeojin Port, Daewangam Park, Ulgi Lighthouse, and Ilsan Beach also boasts romantic scenery. Recently, to revitalize tourism resources, murals and floor designs for the northern breakwater, parking lots, etc., were developed, and a village museum, the Bangeojin Museum, was opened. It serves as a resting place for Ulsan citizens and provides many attractions for tourists.

Anian Park (애니언파크(울산 반려동물 문화센터))
Ulsan 108 Hogyemaegok 6-ro, Buk-gu, Ulsan Anian Park is the first pet culture complex in the southeastern region of Korea, divided into separate sections for large and small breeds of dogs. The complex is complete with a playground, water play zone, pet bath and more. The facility also offers etiquette classes for pets and owners, as well as certification programs.

Amethyst Cavern Park (자수정동굴나라)
Ulsan 212, Jasujeong-ro, Ulju-gun, Ulsan Amethyst Cavern Park is the largest man-made cave tourist attraction in Korea, where one of the five jewels of the World, amethyst, was mined. Connected like a labyrinth, the cave is 2.5 kilometers long and fills an area of approximately 15,000 square meters. The average temperature is between 12 and 16 degrees Celsius year round. Visitors can take either the walking tour that goes through a different themed halls or take a boat ride through the cave river. On the second floor of the cave, visitors can see Jurassic World filled with different dinosaurs and character lamps.
