Tapgol Park (탑골공원)
Seoul 99, Jong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul Tapgol Park is the first modern park in Seoul. Having been the site of the Buddhist temple of Wongaksa Temple since 1467, the land was turned into a park in 1897. The park has a significant presence in Korean history, being the place where the March 1 Independence Movement began in 1919. One can find historical sites that hearken back to the struggle, such as the Palgakjeong Pavilion, the center of the movement; cultural heritage sites such as the Ten-story Stone Pagoda of Wongaksa Temple Site and the Stele for the Construction of Daewongaksa Temple at Wongaksa Temple Site; and monuments such as the independence movement relief plate, murals, the statue of Son Byeong-hee, and the statue of Han Yong-un.

Tamjin River Wetland Eco-Park (탐진강 생태습지원)
Jeollanamdo Gyeonsan-ri, Jangheung-eup, Jangheung-gu, Jeollanam-do The Tamjin River Wetland Eco-Park opened in July 2008 to preserve the pristine nature of Tamjin River and to maintain a better waterfront. It is a widely spread natural river wetland eco-park that covers 13.130㎡ along the waterside of Tamjin River, which holds superior-grade water that flows mainly through the Jangheung area from Pyeonghwa Bridge in Jangheung-eup to Busan Bridge. Within the park, there are acupressure paths, wooden decks, trails for observing aquatic plants and eco-life, walking trails and a fountain.

Taksajeong Pavilion (탁사정)
Chungcheongbukdo 478 Jewon-ro, Bongyang-eup, Jecheon-si, Chungcheongbuk-do Taksajeong Pavilion, located at the bend of Jecheon Stream in the valley, is celebrated for its picturesque scenery of clear water, sand, and pine trees. It's believed that these pine trees were transported from Jeju Island in the 16th century. The combination of a cool valley breeze, the stream's vivid blue, and a quaint waterfall, alongside the ancient pine trees, creates a serene harmony. This spot is also well-known as a favorite camping site in Jecheon.

Seoul 681, Hwarang-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul Designated as a Historic Site, Taereung & Gangneung Royal Tombs is comprised of two tombs. Taereung Royal Tomb houses the burial mound of Queen Munjeong who was the second queen of King Jungjong, the 11th King of the Joseon dynasty, and Gangneung Royal Tomb houses the burial mounds of King Myeongjong, the 13th King of Joseon dynasty, and Queen Insun. King Myeongjong ascended the throne after his elder brother, King Injong, when he was twelve years old at Geunjeongjeon Hall in Gyeongbokgung Palace in 1545. The king’s mother, Queen Munjeong ruled behind the scenes, acting as guardian for eight years.

Taepyung Salt Farm (태평염전)

Taepyeong Yeomsaeng Botanical Garden (태평염생식물원)
Jeollanamdo Jeungdong-ri, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do Designated as a biodiversity conservation area by the UNESCO, Jeungdo Island in Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do has become popular. Taepyeong Yeomsaeng Botanical Garden is located next to one of the largest solar-evaporation salt fields, and spans over an area of 110,000 ㎡. Over 70 species of various salt plant colonies grow at the natural mud flat including glasswort, sea-blite, East Asian seepweed, and Herbaceous seepweed to create a splendid scene. Also, one can easily see Tti (a plant) which can not grow in polluted places. Walking along the 220 meter-long walking path, diverse mud flat creatures like mudskippers, crabs, and gastropods can be seen up close.

Taehwagang River (태화강)
Ulsan Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Taehwagang River cuts across the city of Ulsan from the west to east and originates from Tapgolsaem Spring on Baegunsan Mountain. The 47.54-kilometer-long river passes through downtown Ulsan and empties out into Ulsan Bay on the East Sea. Not just a symbol of pride for the people of Ulsan, the river has long since been a precious commodity that has played a pivotal role in Ulsan culture and history. There are several attractions and amenities near the river such as a bamboo forest park, grassy fields, a pampas grass colony, trails, and exercise facilities. The river itself is home to many freshwater fish, while the riverside area is a famous habitat for migratory birds.

Taehwagang National Garden (태화강 국가정원)
Ulsan 154 Taehwaganggukgajeongwon-gil, Jung-gu, Ulsan The Taehwagang River cuts across the heart of Ulsan and flows into Ulsan Bay, which is connected to the East Sea. The river basin, which stretches 36 kilometers from east to west and 28 kilometers from north to south, is mostly comprised of mountainous terrain, but there is fertile land on both sides of the river and at the southern end of the river. The river is presently an important source of drinking water for the citizens of Ulsan.The field around the midpoint of Taehwagang River was left abandoned for a long time before it was founded as Taehwagang National Garden, preserving nature while providing a resting spot to the citizens of Ulsan. The garden is over twice the size of Yeouido Park in Seoul, and consists of natural water and a lush bamboo forest, known as Simnidae Forest, along with canola and forage barley fields. Simnidae Forest was once in danger of demolition as part of the government's flood control plans but remains preserved thanks to community efforts. Taehaksan Recreational Forest (태학산자연휴양림)
Chungcheongnamdo 188, Donmaru 1-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do Taehaksan Mountain is located south of the borders of Sucheol-ri, Asan; Samtae-ri, and Maedang-ri in Cheonan. The mountain is known for the Rock-carved Standing Buddha (Treasure No. 407), which displays typical patterns of Buddha statues from the Goryeo era. The mountain gets its name from its shape that resemble a dancing crane. Native flowers and trees are scattered throughout the mountain, and the park's dense pine forest makes this park a great family vacation destination.

Gyeongsangbukdo Taeha-ri, Seo-myeon, Ulleung-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do Taeha Coastal Trail can be reached by crossing the pedastrian bridge next to Hwangtogul Cave. While crossing the bridge, visitors can enjoy murals of Taeha Village and a photo zone. Taeha Coastal Trail is made up of trachyte and agglomerate rocks, and boasts beautiful coastal scenery due to the unique topography eroded by the wind. It is also where one can observe tafoni, a honeycomb-shaped rocks that weathered by the reaction of salts contained in sea breezes. By taking the Taeha Hyangmok Tour Monorail for about 6 minutes and walking along the trail for about 20 minutes, visitors will reach Ulleungdo Lighthouse (Taeha Lighthouse) and the Hyangmok Geo Skywalk. Junipers in Daepunggam Cliff grew in weathered soil formed in the cracks of columnar joints, creating a unique ecological environment isolated from inland areas for a very long time. Due to its significance, Junipers were designated as natural monuments.
