As it plunges from a x_height of approximately 20 meters, one can't help but feel invigorated. Suokpokpo Waterfall is a three-tiered cascade, with the upper layers resembling steps. Songwol-dong Fairy Tale Village (송월동 동화마을)

Incheon Songwol-dong 3(sam)-ga, Jung-gu, Incheon Songwol-dong was named for its view of the moon between the pine forest. The opening of Incheon Port in 1883 led to the start of many foreigners coming into the area for settlement, and it turned into a rich village. However, young people gradually moved out, leaving the village in a state of stagnation. As such, a renovation project was brought about to improve the development of the village by decorating with murals and sculptures of classic fairy tales.

Sunshine Land (선샤인랜드)

Chungcheongnamdo 102 Bonghwang-ro, Yeonmu-eup, Nonsan-si, Chungcheongnam-do Sunshine Land is a cultural complex located in Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do. One can experience and observe diverse content at this themed attraction, which is divided into four sections: Survival Experience Center, Military Experience Center, Sunshine Studio, and 1950 Studio. The Survival Experience Center and Military Experience Center incorporate VR technology for an interactive and realistic entertainment. The Sunshine Studo and 1950 Studio are decorated in the theme of the aftermath of the Korean War, allowing one to get a glimpse and knowledge of what life in Korea was like after the war.

Songso House (청송 송소고택)

Gyeongsangbukdo 15-2, Songsogotaek-gil, Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do Located in Cheongsong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Songso House also known as "Sim Wealthy Family House" was built around the 1880s. The house has all the features of a typical aristocrat house during the Joseon dynasty, consisting of a large sarangbang (main building) and individual chambers with a square-shaped front yard at their center. The complex has an annex building on the side, where it has been renovated and now used as a guesthouse for travelers. Visitors spending a night at this traditional building can enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, as well as try out playing various traditional games.

Songpa Naru Park (Seokchonhosu Lake) (송파나루공원 (석촌호수))

Seoul 136 Samhaksa-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul Songpa Naru Park, also commonly referred to as Seokchonhosu Lake, is a citizen park in Seoul with a jogging course and walking trails. It has two lakes with Songpa-daero Boulevard running in between. Originally, a branch of the Hangang River ran through the site, forming one large lake, but the lake was divided into two with the construction of Songpa-daero Boulevard. The total size of the two lakes is 217,850 ㎡, and they hold about 737 tons of water. The depth of the lakes is 4-5 meters.

At 1,058 meters above sea level, Songnisan Mountain is one of the 8 scenic wonders in Korea, and its steep peaks and deep valleys create a fascinating view. A variety of hiking trails that set out from Beopjusa Temple offer superb mountain scenery from every angle. A tourism complex around Songnisan National Park offers various types of accommodations, and the area's attractions, such as Beopjusa Temple, Seowongyegok Valley, Mansugyegok Valley and Solhyang Park are not to be missed. In fact, the mountain is a habitat for rare animals and plants, including flying squirrels and Berchemia Berchemiaefolia, and is called a “treasure house of natural resources.” The convenient accessibility should be noted as well. The highway between Dangjin and Yeongdeok goes through the zone, and it takes only 30 minutes from Cheongju International Airport. Songnisan National Park (Gyeongbuk Section) (속리산국립공원(경북))

Gyeongsangbukdo Hwabuk-myeon, Sangju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do On Songnisan Mountain is a rock summit 1,054 meters above sea level called Munjangdae Peak. The peak is so broad that 50 adults can sit on it at the same time. Among the rocks there is Seokcheon Pond, which never dries up. The peak used to be called “Unjangdae” because the summit is always covered with clouds and mist. Legend says that King Sejo of Joseon dynasty supposedly recited a poem on the summit. Munjangdae has a great view of Cheonhwangbong Peak, the highest peak of Songnisan Mountain. Visitors can also see Gwaneumbong, Chilseongbong, Sirubong, Tugubong, Munsubong, and Birobong peaks. In autumn, visitors can enjoy views of breathtaking fall foliage along the trail, which begins at Hwabuk-myeon, Sangju. There are also many cultural heritage sites including Janggakpokpo Falls, Seongbuksa Temple, Osongpokpo Falls and Gyeonhwonsanseong Fortress.

Sungnyemun Gate (숭례문)

Seoul 40 Sejong-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul Sungnyemun Gate is Korea’s National Treasure No. 1, and its unofficial name is Namdaemun Gate. Sungnyemun Gate is the largest castle gate stone structure with an arched entrance in the middle. There’s a column on top of a platform, raising the roof, distinguishing the upper stories and lower stories of the building. Passageways for traffic are located at the east and west ends of the gate. Different from the other gates, Sungnyemun Gate’s tablet has its name written vertically. On February 10, 2008, Sungnyemun was destroyed by fire. After a 5-year reconstruction work, the gate was re-opened to the public again on May 4, 2013.

Songnidan-gil Street (송리단길)

Seoul Baekjegobun-ro 43-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and surrounding areas Located south of the eastern side of Seokchon Lake, this street is home to numerous restaurants and cafes. Its name comes from the combination of Songpa-dong and Gyeongnidan-gil Street in Itaewon, Seoul, meaning the “Gyeongnidan-gil Street of Songpa-dong.” This street began as an otherwise unremarkable street that faced the eastern side of Seokchon Lake. Today’s “Songnidan-gil Street” came to be as cafes moved into the neighborhood, followed by restaurants and photography studios. Songnidan-gil Street is a popular hangout for young Seoulites in the southeastern side of Seoul, so on weekends, one can often find them conversing in cafes, going for drinks in bars, or waiting in line for the hottest restaurants in the neighborhood.

Songjiho Beach (송지호 해수욕장)

Gangwondo 85 Simcheungsu-gil, Jugwang-myeon, Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do Located near Songjiho Lake, one of the most famous lagoons on the eastern coast of Korea, Songjiho Beach stretches 2 kilometers in length and is 100 meters wide. It is also located close to Seoraksan Mountain. The beach is quite popular, thanks to its clear water and shallow depth. The island just off the coast, Jukdo Island, features a handsome collection of bamboo trees and unique rock formations.
